It is not inconceivable to think that a person that flies 14 feet above the coping would at least be tempted to boast about his skateboarding skills. Nothing could be further from the truth; in fact it takes skill and determination to get Jocke to admit that he really is a world-class skateboarder. Instead of bragging he prefers to let his performance do the talking.

Even though one week will scarcely pass during the summer season without Jocke being covered in a magazine or on TV he does not appear to be riding on high horses. He just jokes about the attention and keeps his concentration on his passion, skateboarding and high airs.
